Enhance Your Well-being with the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program

MBSR is an Internationally Acclaimed Program Supported by More than 30 Years of Empirical Research

This 8-week program offered in Kelowna helps you better manage life challenges.

If you're looking for a research-based program to help you create a greater sense of inner peace, focus, and balance in your life, you've come to the right place.

Life is likely quite challenging if you struggle with difficult emotions, low self-esteem, or physical pain.

Whether you’re managing reasonably well in your life or are trying to cope with high stress, anxiety, physical pain, or other challenges, the MBSR program can help.

The MSBR program assists you in developing more resilience. It aims to help you enhance your overall mental, physical and spiritual well-being.

The MSBR Program Can be Beneficial if:

  • You struggle with anxiety, chronic worry or fears

  • You have bouts of depression
  • You have difficulty coping with intense emotions
  • You have a chronic illness
  • You feel overwhelmed by the demands of your life
  • You want to take better care of yourself
  • You want to learn how mindfulness can help you

MBSR Helps You Live Life with More Ease, Clarity and Kindness

The MBSR program can help you understand, not just intellectually but from the inside out, how mindfulness supports you as you maneuver through your daily life.

With practice, difficult emotions and unwanted patterns of behaving will shift. You'll approach life's challenges with more compassion, focus, and creativity.

MBSR will help you cultivate openness and curiosity and to trust your inner wisdom.

MBSR can also help you significantly improve your relationships with others.

You'll find that you're more present in your relationships, more aware of how you interact with people, and able to cultivate a greater understanding and acceptance of yourself and others.

MBSR is World Renowned by Scientists and Practitioners Alike

Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn developed MBSR at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. He defines mindfulness as the awareness that arises from paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally.

Tens of thousands of people worldwide have participated in the MSBR program over the past 3 decades.

There are thousands of studies showing the benefits of MBSR. It's the most researched method of mindfulness in existence.

The program consists of 8 weekly classes and a 7-hour retreat day.
